What we do

Contracting
BEKA takes on the role of main contractor on building projects. The company is responsible for progress on site and for coordinating subcontractors. The projects span data centres, hotels and commercial buildings.

Project and construction management
BEKA manages construction on behalf of the client, from preparation through to handover. The emphasis is on cost and time planning, communication with designers and follow-up on site.

Construction supervision
BEKA carries out supervision on behalf of the client during construction. Quality, quantities and compliance with the design documents are monitored throughout.

Design and construction consultancy
BEKA takes part in design management and provides general construction consultancy. The advice draws on experience of construction management and contracting on the same project types.

Project development
BEKA takes part in project development, both its own projects and those of its clients. Assumptions, scope and implementation are worked through before construction begins.
